Increasing populrity of Tea Tourism

Tea Tourism in India is getting popular. More and more foreigners are coming and visiting the Tea Gardens of Darjeeling and many more prominent destinations in north east.

The Empire of India had gained quite a reputation throughout the world for its tea plantations mainly in Assam, Darjeeling, Dooars, Cachar, Sylet Hills, Khangra, Kerela, Nilgiri, Terai and Travancore. The culture still continues, and especially the Darjeeling, Assam and Dooars tea has immense popularity worldwide even today.

The concept of Tea Tourism in India was coined by two Britishers, Robert Bruce
The Tea Tourism as a concept is quite popular with the westerners especially the Britishers. There are some companies already doing it.For example the Companies like the Poorvi discovery and Doars etc are doing wonderful thing in this endeavour.
A proper cheeked out design and plan to entire tourist is the need of the hour. That’s why it is a time to rethink, plan manage and then act. A quotes an Chinese proverb “even a five thousand mile journey must start with the first step.” It is yet again right saying that “one will have to go out and sell, instead of waiting for customers to come and buy “ in market stiff competition. As such a beginning has to be made soon and together we could start a new tea tourism era not only for the untouched eastern paradise of India, but the entire country as a whole.
